Job Description
Reports directly to the Country Manager
Provides functional assistance and direction to the F&B;operations as assigned
Handle the FOH and BOH staff
Manager Day to day Restaurant Operations
Handle the financials of the Restaurant
Deliver Excellent Customer/Diners experience
Fine dining experience is a major advantage.
Manage the Team in Training, performance management and engagement
Executive Innovative methods to achieve the long term objectives
Should manage the Health, Safety and Hygiene aspects of the restaurants
Facilitate for Audits and Staffing of new employees
Reach the restaurant targets and build good customer database
Skills
- Minimum 4-7 years experience in restaurant management
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma is management is highly preferred
- Must have background in similar capacity and industry
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to govern the front-of-house staff, maintain the staff’s schedules as well as ensure all customers are satisfied and the restaurant’s service and appearance is up to par
- Responsible for the training and development of the staff
- Must have knowledge in staff performance evaluation and report
Education
Bachelor Degree or Experience Equivalent.
