الوصف الوظيفي Contact with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Create new items and enter order details (e.g. supplier, quantities, prices) into internal databases Provide supplier with production related needs on time to avoid any delays (e.g. barcodes, packaging design) Maintain updated records of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery Ensure products meet the order and the standards agreed (in form of pictures) before the container loading Prepare shipments quotaion and coordinate with suppliers for bookings Prepare relevant documents and coordinate with clearing agents and customs authorities to clear shipments Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipment arrivals and receipts Discuss defective or unacceptable goods with inspection personnel, suppliers, and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters Ensure the purchasing manager is kept aware of all of the above on a regular basis with various reports المهارات Three years previous experience as purchasing officer, manager, or related position Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Accurate and precise attention to detail Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/purchasing-officer-3750799/ |
