Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for Cost Consultant(Civil + Arch) to work on Haram expansion project in Jeddah.
Supervise and be responsible for the team observing and monitoring erection manpower and special equipment productivity at site for special trades. Conduct routine site visits and as needed to guide and supervise the observation and record collection team. Prepare and review methodology for observation and record collection, discuss and agree with the team before starting. Supervise and review report preparation, including analytics, charts, statistics, etc… Respond to queries from other team members and provide necessary feedback in a prompt fashion.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
10-year post qualification experience
Arabic language native speaker
English language proficiency
Quantity surveying and site supervision experience
Pricing and estimation experience is preferred
Reporting and presentation skills
Team player
Communications skills
