Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for Senior Cost Consultant to work on Haram expansion project in Jeddah.
Review and advise on procurement and pricing methodology for adherence to international cost accountancy principles on cost-plus projects. Carryout internal audits and quality checks for the various deliverables and report findings to the Team Leader. Review and sign-off reports.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
20-year post qualification experience
Member of RICS
English language proficiency
Arabic language is a preference
Senior procurement and contract management experience.
Internal audit experience is a preference
Team player
Excellent communications and leadership skills
