Job Description

1.  Expertise with Microsoft Server (MS Certified), Oracle Server, Application Server products.
2.  Expertise in System Administration using Microsoft Infrastructure and Desktop/IT Support in a complex environment.
3.  Expertise in configuration and automation of Backup/Recovery products, solutions
4.  Expertise in Microsoft Office products
5.  Expertise in data communications, networking and protocols (TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, WI-FI, Bluetooth, etc.) to check the availability, trouble-shooting and performance of communications devices.
6.  Expertise in IT-Security tools (Antivirus, UTM, Firewall, syslog, etc.).
7.  Expertise in PC, Mobile communications (TeamViewer, remote desktop, etc.)
8.  Expertise in scripting (power-shell, cisco IOS, HTML, etc.) which required to check the health of the systems
9.  Expertise in WEB technology (HTTP/S, FTP, Apache Server, IIS Server, Java EE Servers, HTML, CSS, etc.)
10.  Expertise in Mobile networking solutions
11.  Expertise in IT Asset Management solutions
12. Very good knowledge of SQL Establishes which users can access databases and what data can be accessed. Test and correct error, and defines changes to database. Create production databases.Monitors database performance
13. Expertise in change management and relevant tools for versioning, update of the system resources
14.  Expertise in servers network, blade systems, SAN systems implementation and monitoring

Skills

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems.\n• At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems Administrator particularly in administration of Microsoft server based infrastructure, • Excellent analytical skills, able to be convincing, communicatively strong, excellent training skills, able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures\n• Fluent English speaking and excellent report writing skills, Arabic knowledge would be a very strong advantage\n
Essential Qualifications and Experience

1- Certification: CCNA – CCNP – MSCE –MCITP
2- Experience working in an IT system and network administration environment for a minimum of 4+ years of proven track experience on:
3- Administration of Software:
4- Database: MS SQL server
5- Operating systems: Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
6- Servers: File, Print, Application and Terminal Server
7- Backup / Restore Tools and Disaster Recovery
8- Network Security Appliance, Network Switches and Routers
9- VPN Technologies
10- Administration of servers and NAS Storage systems
11- Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012
12- Call Manager System.
