Our client one of the leading group of companies in Saudi providing total faciltity management round the Kingdom requires Facilities Manager.
Ideal candidate for the role should be someone:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Has 15 years or more of relevant experience in large residential & Compound facilities management.
Working Knowledge and Principles and Practices of following:
project management
business administration
financial principles and practices
human resource management principles and practices
electrical and mechanical systems
procurement and contracts
sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
supervisory experience
solid computer and systems knowledge
Has relevant experience in Saudi Market.
Arabic Speaking
Preference given to candidates who are currently residing in Saudi and has transferrable IQAMA has background in Real Estate Projects.
