Demand Planner

Job Description
Demand Planner:
- Make sure that sales forecast is posted in the ERP system and converted to demand figures within the agreed horizon.
- Validate the demand in the ERP system and discuss with the Sales team in case of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production planning and supply planning to satisfy sales needs.
- Run a monthly meeting with sales to reviewthe demand within the horizon.
- Manage the inventory levels and safety stock.
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- Make sure that the demand is aligned with the budget.
- Monitor the forecast accuracy and report to management on a timely basis.
- Prepare and maintain various reports related to demand planning process.

Job requirement:-

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply chain, or industrial engineering.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Good in English.
- Very good in ERP system (SAP is preferred)
- Very good communication skills.
