The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
• 10 years accounting and finance experience with no less than 5 years in a managerial role.
• Finance experience in the retail industry is mandatory
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of financial operating systems.
• Ability to lead and to contribute to the team, coach, supervise and develop team members.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, decision-making and problem solving are particular characteristics required, as is absolute honesty and integrity.
