Fleet Admin Manager
Job duties :
• To provide support to all areas of operations
• Ensuring a quality of assets (buses) across the company activities in all locations.
• To provide administrative support to the Fleet & Assets director throughout theatre based locations
• Ensure accurate reporting to all levels across the Business Unit.
Job requirements:
• Excellent organization and communication skills, written and interpersonal skills and working in a diverse multicultural environment
• Experience in business administration
• Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines
• Minimum of 10 years experience, minimum of 5 years in fleet management
Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Coordinating Skills
• Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelor Degree
WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS : Working in remote and arduous locations
