Purpose:
• Plans & manages the smooth operations of all CPDs & Warehouses on its logistical processes of Receiving, Checking, Segregation, Binning, Warehouse Maintenance & Shipping, to meet the best customer service, as well as its security aspects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan & monitor Warehouse activities, monitor and analyze Stock Performance.
• Plan to develop & improve proper Warehousing, Re-arrangement of Parts in Bin Locations to fit sizes, volume & weights to accommodate the expanding Line Items.
• Plan on additional equipment requirements, as well as Manpower required for Warehouse Operations to suit the expanding networks.
• Plan on how to improve productivity of Warehouse Personnel, by way of Motivational Program and Performance Evaluation.
• Implement the Safety Awareness in employees on proper Housekeeping and Parts Handling.
• Plan on the Timely Distribution of Parts to reach Branches without any delay.
• Plan on proper process of Claims in accordance to the existing guidelines.
• Plan on the Stock Taking Activities to be on least cost, and accurate results.
• Plan and administer an Annual Operating Budget for CPD.
• Maintain constant communications with all Branches Managers to ensure that all instructions are clearly implemented to all staff levels.
• Maintains a Monthly CPD Operations Activities Report for management information.
• Plan on continuous development, high productivity & efficiency of staff, as well as proper implementation of company operational procedures & guidelines.
• Performs other related functions as required by the National Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Qualifications:
• BSC in Commerce, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Parts Coding, Warehouse Operations & Parts Storage System
• Competent in Information Technology, preferably Kerridge System
• At least 35 – 40 years of age.
Skills:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• With Leadership skills, and advanced level of English
• With a minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in Warehouse Management & Logistics, preferably with GM Products.
