Purpose:
• Manages the Dealership with an objective to achieve a satisfactory profit on Dealership’s investment in Parts Inventory.  Parts Manager obtains objectives through proper staff utilization, purchasing procedures, inventory control, security, pricing, merchandising, display & advertising, as well as maintains the highest ethical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plans on proper staffing of the Department, to include hiring, training, motivating and monitoring the performance of all Parts Department staff.
• Maintains an orderly and organized workplace.
• Maintains and monitor the Annual Operating Budget for the Parts Department.
• Working closely with the Service Department, to ensure of proper Parts Inventory Level and maximum Turn-Over.
• Establishes competitive pricing specifications while generating sufficient profits and maintains high level of customer satisfaction.
• Determines appropriate inventory levels while ensuring Periodic Parts Turn-Over.
• Regular review of Sales Figures, Costs & Stock to ensure that Budget Benchmarks are met.
• Regular review of Departmental Operations & Storage Lay-Out for maximum effectiveness.
• Ensures that high quality level of service is provided for customer satisfaction.
• Performs other related functions as required by the Regional Parts Manager.
Qualifications:
• Must posses a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, with an excellent written & oral communications skills in English & Arabic.
• Must have a background in Business Administration & Marketing, or an Automotive Technology is an advantage for any Parts Department careers.
• Competent in Information Technology, preferably Kerridge System
• At least 35 – 40 years of age.
Skills:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• With a minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive industry
