Job Role:
Execute the Sales plan for the Region and achieve the Case Sales, Net Revenue, Market Execution and Customer Service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the Region’s sales team.
Accountabilities:
1. Converts the Region’s sales, net revenue and market development objectives to all Unit Sales Managers within the Region.
2. Provides ongoing coaching to all USMs within the Region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
3. Ensures proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within the region.
4. Reports competitive activities .
5. Reports infrastructure requirements.
6. Assesses the Regional sales staffing and skill requirements.

Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA’s):
- Graduate degree in preferably the field of marketing/ finance.
- Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG industry which with at least (3 yrs) in a senior managerial role with a distribution background.
- Very Good English language both spoken and written.
- Very good PC skills MS office applications.
- Negotiation skills training.
