Management of greenhouses; supervision of the upgrading of existing 22,000m2 of greenhouses to full automation for production of tomatoes and strawberries. Using computer control systems for climate, irrigation and fertilization.

the Production Manager will build a strong culture within the factory and play a leading role in ensuring KPIs of Production are monitored and achieved. Supervising daily production activities through close monitoring and coordination with Production Supervisors, ensuring Production at 100% rate of the agreed weekly plan, resolving all labor-related issues, developing an open culture of learning and development, and leading timely review meetings would be the primary tasks.

Must Haves: Competent Production Managers with Engineering Background in management experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to teach and learn financial analysis, planning, recordkeeping, and labor management skills.

Ability to encourage and motivate crews.
