Position Description:
Large Ready Mix Producer with 40+ Plants seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 6 Plants & 40 Mixers.
Position will oversee all aspects of Production, Quality & Maintenance.
Responsible for assuring quality control from Mix Design through Production and Delivery while optimizing all resources to meet or exceed Industry Standards and Customer expectations.
This includes continual maintenance and monitoring of the quality control process at multiple locations and communicating effectively with personnel, customers, engineers, testing and state agencies and upper management.
Requirements:
3+ Years Ready Mix Plant Management Experience
Fleet / Shop Management
Strong Leadership Qualities
