Company Overview: We are a leading Condition Monitoring and Industrial Services and Project company providing a wide range of solutions to our clients across multiple industries. We specialize in reliability and maintenance services that help our clients optimize the performance of their equipment and machinery, minimize downtime, and maximize profitability. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operations of our company.

Job Overview: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, including managing personnel, equipment, materials, and finances. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Condition Monitoring and Industrial Services and Project industry, and will be able to provide leadership and guidance to our team to ensure we are delivering high-quality services to our clients. This is a senior management role that requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for winning new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Oversee the planning and execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor the company’s financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
Manage personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure they are utilized effectively and efficiently.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to personnel to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Represent the company in meetings with clients and other external stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar operations management role in the Condition Monitoring and Industrial Services and Project industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a engineering.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage personnel.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the industry.
