الوصف الوظيفي Project Manager with experience in GCC countries (Qatar , Dubai , KSA ..) civil engineering field Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that they are followed throughout the project Manage project budgets and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the project is completed to the required standards Manage contractors and subcontractors, and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that the project is progressing as planned Manage project risks and identify potential issues before they become problems Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to keep them informed of project progress and to address any concerns they may have المهارات Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work well in a team environment تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/project-manager-4677222/ |
