The following is a brief introduction of the main job responsibilities for marketers: 1. The nature of the marketer’s job is part-time. The working hours are completely determined and implemented by the marketer. 2. Marketers promote our online Chinese course to the public through their own channels and resources, utilizing any legal means. 3. When customers express interests in our courses, the marketer fills in their basic information on our website. At this point, the marketer can invite the customer to participate in a free trial lesson, and then try to persuade them to enroll in our courses. 4. Marketers can work as individuals or form/use their own teams to operate this business. Other information: Formal transaction: The customer purchases a non-special offer package. Commission for Marketer: 45% of the amount of the first formal transaction achieved by the Marketer’s client. 1. All the main information about our course is displayed on our website. Both the marketer and the customers can obtain most of the information about our course by browsing our website. 2. Customer payments are also made on our website. Currently, we only support payments made through PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards. 3. We are currently using ZOOM for our classes, but this is temporary. We are developing a platform similar to ZOOM and will switch to our own teaching platform once it is completed. 4. We provide each marketer with a login account for our Information Processing Platform. Marketer submits basic information of customers on the website, and can also view completed transactions. Note: All information submitted by marketers is protected by our company, and each marketer (except for team leaders) can only view their own customer information. We also promise not to sell or give away any of this information to any third party. 5. When a marketer’s client makes a payment, the marketer will receive an email notification automatically sent by our system regarding the completed transaction. 6. If marketers have their own team, they can set up an account for each team member on our website, and the marketer will be the team leader. The team leader can see all the information submitted by their team members, and will also receive a notification email when a team member successfully closes a deal. 7. We only pay commission to the Marketer on the customer’s first formal transaction, and will not pay any fees or commissions to Marketer for any subsequent transactions made by the same customer. 8. The commission will be paid to the marketer via PayPal or bank account between the third and sixth formal lessons after the customer begins classes. We will not be responsible for any fees charged by PayPal or the bank. 9. In addition to formal courses, we offer some special discount packages (special offer) to customers to provide them with more benefits. Each customer can only purchase the special offer once. If the customer only purchases a special offer for the first payment, it does not count as a formal transaction, and we will not pay the marketer a commission. The first formal course package purchased by the customer thereafter will be considered a formal transaction, and we will pay the marketer a commission according to the agreement. 10. This is a commission-only position.
