الوصف الوظيفي
Energy Tracking Specialist (LEED): The CONTRACTOR shall be an experienced Energy Tracking Specialist who shall work under the supervision of the Energy & Environmental Manager and shall demonstrate knowledge of the Contract. The Energy Tracking Specialist shall:

implementing energy and environmental programs.
monitoring and reporting on energy, water consumption and waste.
managing and standardizing data captures, procedures and reporting.
implementation of a new environmental management system.

المهارات

Have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management.
Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in implementing energy and environmental programs.
Have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Have experience with monitoring and reporting on energy, water consumption and waste.
Have experience in managing and standardizing data captures, procedures and reporting.
Have demonstrated experience in the implementation of a new environmental management system.
Have a Professional Accreditation under LEED
Preferably have a Professional designation of Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
