الوصف الوظيفي Organize health and safety awareness programs and training sessions for employees. Curate accurate reports based on compiled statistical information regarding site standards and equipment functions. Conducting equipment installation checks and reviewing any potential risks to employee safety and non-compliance with standard regulations and policies. Review existing policies and procedures Adhere to all the rules and regulations Work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety Conduct risk assessment Enforce preventative measures Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees’ safety المهارات Ability to control demeanor and act confidently in challenging and emergency circumstances. Able to maintain a rational and logical perspective during emergencies. A driven individual with an independent and collaborative spirit.
