• Leading the IKTVA project and developed a plan to the future.

• Leading IKTVA execution teams in supply chain, HR.

• Creating and Implement Company level and Project level KPIs to monitor and control IKTVA.

• Leading and generating IKTVA internal & external communication packages.

• Leading the IKTVA yearly company audit with all internal & external stakeholders.

• Preparing Official Letters to ARAMCO.

• Ensure that all projects are completed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.

• Improve organization systems, processes and best practices.

• Managing multi-functional team of both office and field.

• Measure performance targets and KPI.
