Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company. They are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to join them in Riyadh.

Roles & Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train and evaluate the performance of sales leadership team and sales representatives.
Administer promotions and incentives and provide motivation as needed.
Establish team and individual sales goals and provide effective coaching of sales managers to consistently improve their performance.
Allocate or adjust resources as needed.
Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
Collect and utilize necessary marketing information.
Provide account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly activity and productivity reports.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
Prepare and controls budgets for Kingdom
Support customers requiring additional assistance.
Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science
Required Experience: A Minimum of 10 years in Pharma Market including 5 years’ management experience.
