You will act as a specialist, working on a variety of tasks to support the strategic objectives of the commercial organization and share best practices including specification support, product advice, approval librarian, My Hempel etc.

As a Commercial Support Executive, your primary responsibility is to work independently on BTL customers (Self-service, Sustain) and supports ATL customers (Growth/Nurture).
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
CRM Opportunities Pipeline and follow up (BTL).
Creation of quotations and specifications in AX and IQS.
Price List management and documentation (ensuring adhering to Authority Matrix, archiving).
Support for customer product queries – basic technical advice.
Support Commercial organization in documentation (maintenance plans, guarantees, approvals).
My Hempel support (account set up, support and training at customers).
Technical submittals (tenders).
To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate will come from an international experience with cross cultural , cross functional environment.
You should also have the following qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in coating industry.
Knowledgeable in paint technology and application.
Excellent English written and spoken.
Good other computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel-pivot tables/formulas and Dynamic AX).
Customer focus (establishes and maintains effective and trusted customer relationship, able to differentiate between customers, able to work for solutions).
Earns trust (honest commitment and strive for high level of communication with customers
as well as colleagues).
Collaborates (builds partnership with colleagues across functions; credits others for contribution and accomplishments not shy to ask for help, shares information and best practices).
Drive results (has high standards, constant improvement mindset).
Excellent in oral and written communication.
Excellent negotiations skills.
Ability to create short term sales results and long term customer relationships.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
