Job Specific
Development of guest experience for pre/during and post flight for all types of the company’s guest profile.
Oversees, monitor and review all guest experience touchpoints for the company.
Manage guest experience feedback through surveys, suggestion boxes and complaints to ensure that all concerns and complaints are handled in a timely manner.
Set up a cross functional committee from all relevant departments to be champions of guest experience in the company.
Own and monitor the entire guest experience related project with relevant departments.
Manage Assistance toward Skytrax external audit for the Airlines services, to ensure that results are like the departments’ expectations of what has been sought to improve and resolve.
