الوصف الوظيفي You will work as a key player in the deco project team. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to: Maintain strong relationships with main key accounts contractors & applicators and to visit them regularly Exercise professional expertise on product and technical knowledge to ensure trust from specifiers. Monitor projects follow-up until award stage. Carry out regular site inspection to ensure customer are using Hempel product as per specification. Prompt response to customer complaint as well as product enquiry Contribute to compile and is responsible from implementing required action plans to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. Identify followed paint approval and purchasing process/work-flow. Compile and recommend paint systems based on the project information gathered. Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate theses quotations with concerned parties. Handle inquiries from Ministries, government related establishments and provide relevant information correctly. Coordinate with TSD personnel in case of request for a demonstration or site inspection sample Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory handling. Coordinate with the branch accountant to control receivables and credit terms. Supervise essential key account possibilities. Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction. Maintain at all times a good and updated knowledge about the market including competitors activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants, etc. Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities. To monitor/supervise the usage of CRM of the Team Members using CRM dashboard to verify the date and information and ensure the best quality possible.
