Define business areas with possible improvement opportunities
Develop project charters.
Develop mutual understanding among all stakeholders on project objectives and scope.
Motivate different stakeholders to exert efforts to achieve a common objective
Defining problems, identifying root causes, designing solutions, and oversee their implementation.
Create clarity of objectives and what needs to be done at every stage of the project and persuades project stakeholders to move in the right direction
Plans and conducts information gathering that is necessary to complete analysis or build solutions
Initiates and participates in discussions to plan project tasks.
Consistently evaluates progress against project objectives
Assure that daily tasks are planned to achieve project outcomes.
Identify project risks and plans mitigation actions accordingly
Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions and provide recommendations
Define and create agreement on the project outcomes and milestones.

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering .
