Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Meet the dynamic recruitment stages through efficient planning.
Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.

Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.
A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred)
