الوصف الوظيفي
To perform CIP, SIP of mixing vessels, filter integrity, batch preparation and filtration.

To maintain the discipline in the department.To stick the cGMP, safety and SOP in sterile preparation, filtration and filling area and relevant areas, any deviation in system or in process should be intimated to immediate supervisor.To perform CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and holding vessels as per SOP.Product and air filter integrity of mixing and holding vessels as per SOP.To train sub ordinates, and workers as per work allotted.To check that the process is according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.Proper status labeling of equipment’s / area at all stages of water treatment plant.To maintain chemicals required for water treatment plant by balancing and monitoring stock against usage.To operate, monitor mixing vessel and holding vessels.To sanitize the equipment’s and clean area as per SOP.To check the maintenance of the machines / equipment’s as per preventive maintenance schedule.To be active team member in FMEA, CAPA, Change Control, Deviation and any other document.To identify the risk involved in the operation and intimation of same to immediate supervisor.Any other assignment allocated by the Production Manager and Management.Assigned additional responsibilities from time to time.Checking and monitoring status labelling as per SOP.To handle and investigate all deviations / OOS / complaints / OOT observed as per standard procedure.Inventory management of consumable items & change parts in water treatment plant.To adhere to cGMP, SFDA guideline, safety, health and environment and SOP throughout the Manufacturing activities, any deviation should be intimated to production manager and handle as per relevant SOP.On line daily completion of BMR and log books.To prepare, filter the batches as per procedure mentioned in BMR and following relevant equipment / machine procedures.Reporting of abnormalities and incidents.
