Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Accountable for delivering all industrial catering projects in his area within agreed budget and to minimize deviations from the Industrial Catering Division’s efficiency standards, acts as Project Manager in his area when needed.
Accountable for the quality, safety and hygiene of all Industrial Catering projects in his area.
Supports Project Managers in the planning and budgeting of newly awarded projects
Identifies and tracks KPIs related to his area, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
Accountable for the provision of food support activities to the Deputy Operations Manager during project launch planning
Monitors the Food Service operational performance within the area
Monitors customer satisfaction from Project Managers (including satisfaction from the change order management process) and is actively involved in and follows up on the management of all complaints filed by customers related to food services
Liaises with the QHSE Unit for all technical matters related to food services
Builds relationships with project, and projects Manager, and assists in them in the day today activities
Oversee the banquet department and follow up on the events with the banquet coordinator and the head chefs
Coordinates with deputy operations manager for all the mobilization and demobilization processes
Trains adequately the staff on their day to day activities when needed

Position Requirements – Education, Experience & Competencies:
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
At least 8 years of experience in related field (Industrial Catering or Hotel experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Decision making skills
Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services
Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points)
