JOB OVERVIEW
Handle the toolroom activities & tool development programs
Responsible for overall operation of the CNC Machines and other tool room equipment.
2D & 3D part models & programming of the job.
Developing drawings & models in AutoCAD and maintaining the drawings of Plant & Equipment including as-
builts.
Managing day to day requirements relevant to tooling & mold maintenance activities.
Assist the maintenance team in relevant areas of knowledge as guided by the supervisor / management.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Handle day to day activities of the toolroom
Develop drawings and models in AutoCAD.
Perform Product reverse engineering activities, drafting of part drawings and 3D models.
Creating tool path & programs for the machining.
Quality assurance of the machined parts & inspection of the molded parts.
Proper upkeep of the tool room machines, tools, measuring instruments & accessories.
Maintain safety and GMP.
Overview BOM for the tool room.
Training and lead the co workers for safe and efficient manufacturing.
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational – Diploma/ITI minimum 2 Years certificate course
Experience – Minimum 5 years from a reputed company in the position of CNC Programmer/ operator.
Preference – Plastic Mold/Die Casting/Press tools and Product & Tool Design.
Advantages –. Worked in plastic packaging related to medical, pharma & food industry.
Personal Attributes – Team worker & self-motivated.
Certifications –. Six sigma, CAD & CAM.
Language – Must be fluent in English to write & speak.
Computer Skills – AutoCAD, MS Office.
Salary Range is between SAR 2,940-3,910
