Operations Specialist, Instructor & Technical Assistant

الوصف الوظيفي
1. Make Procedures for scheduling aircraft and assigning crews

2. Checking the accuracy of flight plans and coordinating them

3. Process local and cross-country flight clearances

4. Maintain flight logs on incoming/outgoing flights and individual flight records

5. Interpret and post weather reports

6. Alert crash crews of emergencies

7. To develop & write Training material, publications, syllabus and Exams. To perform Review& Correction of these publications upon requirement

8. To advise the Commanders about training requirement.

9. Perform instructional duties for GSAC operations technicians.

المهارات
1. Good background of concepts of operations

2. Should have min (5) years of aviation operations specialty e.g. operations, schedules and dispatch experience etc

3. Military experience background.

4. Qualified instructor to teach the Operation specialty in a classroom and field environment

5. Must have the experience of creating and developing the Training material, publications, syllabus etc.

6. Must be expert in computer applications especially MS Office (Data Base, Excel, word, project, power point).

7. Knows Correct English usage and grammar.
