Business Development Executive (Specialty Chemicals & Resins)
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Drive and manage the pipeline of new business opportunities.
Conduct and manage sampling and trials of new products.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Development of proposals and presentations for new business materials.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
المهارات
Experience in the polyester, acrylic, and vinylester markets will be a strong advantage.
Gaining access to the technical teams at new customers.
Working with existing customer relationships, and motivating customers to try new products.
Ability to interact with low-skilled plant workers and with higher-level staff, in customer organisations.
Creative thinking, to identify gaps and find solutions.
Generate ideas for product-improvements in our existing range.
Liaison between technical and sales teams in our company.
Understanding, or the ability to quickly learn, the chemistry of resins.
