Establish the project governance framework for PMO & Corporate Services and ensure that projects are suitably prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the sector.
Manage resource allocation and scheduling in line with pre-defined guidelines in order to achieve optimum project efficiency and to accommodate the fast-changing ground realities of the project.
Forecast and enable resource capacity planning including identifying shortfall or excesses of resources, minimizing resource wastage, and forecasting resource management financials to determine the margin and profitability.
Analyze financial data including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation and ensure timely reporting of relevant financial information to stakeholders.
Oversee the achievement of project milestones and overall project health, and report details to management at periodic intervals.
Identify project risks on an ongoing basis and devise plans to mitigate potential roadblocks.
Design and track various program and portfolio performance KPIs.
Communicate / escalate project roadblocks / risks / issues to requisite stakeholders and ensure timely issue resolution.
Direct the development and implementation of consistent project tools, templates, and reports that deliver informative performance metrics and other critical information to stakeholders.
Schedule and manage the development stakeholders’ committee meeting on a periodic basis and ensure the details of the proceedings are recorded and shared with requisite committee members.
Facilitate collaboration and communication across functions and remote teams in order to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify project management best practices and participate in the implementation of new / improved project management processes and procedures. This includes participation in the drafting of procedures and manuals of best practices and ensuring process standardization.
المهارات
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent is required.
10+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
