Responsibilities:
Support with the design, development, updating/maintenance of processes.
Help to conduct periodic audits of processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Help to design in detail new initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
Assist the Business Process Manager, in liaising with different departments and in organizing cross-functional teams to know the requirements for the improvement of the process.
Help with coaching and mentoring the individuals involved in the management and operation of different business processes.
Analyze business steps and summarize the difference between various steps and ranking the final result.
Study the present market condition, forecast the near future changes and prepare new business processes according to it.
Analyze the feasibility of the current business process related to productivity, costs, demand and time management.
Support the Business Process Manager with the submission of progress reports, feedback, and innovative suggestions to higher officials.
Ensure that the established processes are followed along with measuring service performance, implementing improvements and reporting on agreed metrics.
Assess the institutional maturity within NHC sectors and departments, including designing a framework that includes a matrix and a related criterion.
Conduct capacity analyses periodically with full alignment with HR to assess FTEs needed per sector/department to implement business processes.
Ensure that NHC sectors and departments apply the methodologies related to continuous improvement that are identified within Operational Excellence.
Contribute to the development of the operational performance framework, performance measurement process, KPIs design and results monitoring.
Determine corrective and preventive actions in line with the root causes of quality issues and trends reported by quality leaders or employees of departments, and choosing the most cost-effective solutions to address them.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
Certifications: ISO9001:2015, 6 Sigma, Kaizen
Years of experience: 3-5 years
You must have good experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
