Reports directly to Site Manager. The technician shall possess the knowledge and experience clearing aircraft and flight equipment discrepancies and 3 years current experience in their respective disciplines.
Inspects, tests, adjusts, repairs aircraft avionics and electrical components, equipment and systems in accordance with the applicable aircraft maintenance manuals, technical orders and specifications within established time frames.
to perform Over-the-Shoulder training of SA maintenance technicians and sign off trainee OJT Training Folder task accomplishments.
Troubleshoot and test avionic equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness, using specialized test equipment.
Adjusts, repairs, or replaces defective components based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents.
Installs electronic systems, components, or subassemblies in aircraft. Interprets error data in order to properly install integrated electronic systems with minimum downtime.
Provides technical guidance, training, and/or assistance to fellow employees. Performs pretest, operational (functional), or final testing of electronic systems, components, or subassemblies. Tests integrated electronic systems by thoroughly analyzing operating trends and ensuring repairs needed are accomplished without undue delay. Uses available Test Equipment to test complete electronic systems.
Performs functional tests to locate equipment malfunctions in accordance with accepted trade practices to minimize equipment downtime.
Prepares all necessary paperwork required to document maintenance actions taken.
Complies with established FOD (Foreign Object Damage) and Tool Control Procedures.
Coordinates efforts with technical and professional personnel on matters affecting operating specifications and changes to equipment.
to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to read and interpret a variety of technical data such as schematic diagrams, blueprints and technical orders relating to the electronics trade.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

المهارات
FCC License is a must.
Fluent english
Comprehensive knowledge of operation, capabilities and limitations of complex electronic systems complicated by a variety of multi-component assemblies and devices.
Knowledge of aircraft related electrical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
May be required to obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) License and perform tasks related to GSE operations.
