Job Summary:
The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the board of directors and senior leadership team.
The right candidate must have a business mindset and be ready to build a model of great company culture, provide inspired leadership to our executive team, establish a great working relationship with the board of directors, and set a course for company strategy and to drive the company towards long term success.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.
Perform accurate analysis of operational, financial trends and budgets to present findings and recommendation on strategies and operational level to the managing director .
Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
Provide expert financial guidance and leadership and work with the finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Evaluate the company’s financial, and operational, structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.
Optimize the handling of banking relationships to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization, specifically evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals the company may enter.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission making sure that projects are executed and completed in accordance to client expectations and company quality standards.
Direct the department managers to efficiently and effectively implant the vision and strategies of the organization.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all staff members.
Proposed annual budget to the managing director that prudently mange resources within approved budget.
Maintain, support and promote safe work environment and ethics.
Ensure compiling with rules and policies and Procedures and law and regulation of Saudi Arabia
Develop, implement, and maintain construction management system, including setting up projects (jobs), budgets, job costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and various construction progress reports.
Maintain awareness of the competitive market /expansion opportunities.
Assessing risk to the organization and ensuring they are monitored and minimized
Maintain labor law and regulations and nationalization plan and training plan.
Periodic progress report of the operation of the company on weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Periodic financial reports of the organization on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Ensuring contractual obligation are fulfilled and ensuring the delivery of high-quality works within contract timescale and budget.
Management of the estimating process as well as oversees standardized procedures, methods, and processes for estimating deliverables such as bid packages and budget tracking tools. Furthermore, the managing and fulfilling the bidding process and successfully completing construction estimates that lead to awarded construction projects
Maintain current client relationships and identify new clients and new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
المهارات
Education & Experience and qualifications
Master’s degree in project management or construction management or any related field
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, civil, electrical or mechanical
20 and above years of solid experience in a similar industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same level
PMP certified
Saudi counsel of engineering membership
Managed mega project of value above 500 million Saudi riyal
Experience in PMO is mandatory
Infrastructure, utilities and construction experience is a must
FIDIC knowledge.
