Design and implement the best in class, tech enabled e-com operations as a service (e.g. B2B solution) for retailers at scale with a clear service provider mentality and extremely high customer centricity across all core operations
Build up best in class, scalable and customer centric in-house delivery
Build up best in class, scalable and customer centric in-house semi-automated warehousing and store fulfillment
Build up best in class, scalable and customer centric in-house customer care
Develop and foster a tech enabled operations machine, with strong product design thinking at core (have own product owner operations)
