- Assist the Strategy Manager through communicating, following up, and coordinating with the Logistics business units and external parties in preparing, submitting, redirecting and evaluating BSC and Strategy.
- Plans, that ensure consistency, timing and proper processing of the plans to get the desired results, and report about any deviations.
- To support the formulation, modification, and initiation of the Logistics Strategic Plans, and Departmental levels to be aligned with the overall Group and Logistics company strategic plan; through analyze, follow up, recommend and conclude the components of the annual plans.
- Carry out reviews for the implementation of the plans, recommend actions to rectify deviations and report back or appraise to the Strategy Office in case of significant deviations arise up.
- Take a lead role in supporting strategic planning in line
with MLC and Units priorities.
- To develop and maintain a good understanding of the
service’s business needs to ensure that research,
strategic planning are relevant and add value to the
business and comply with the MLC priorities and
statutory frameworks.
- Recommend, search, and adopt Benchmark from
international best practices that can be value add to
improve business result tracking.
- Recommend, introduce and browse for updates, new,
or any international features implemented to enhance
the processing, planning, benchmark, or
implementation of the Balance Score Card within the
MLC.
- Recommend and submit Balance Score Card; plans,
review sheets…etc. to be implemented on a yearly basis
for MLC Units , upon doing update for the last year BSC
and introduced for the next year
Help shape policy and strategic direction to optimize
MLC service effectiveness.
- Contribute to plans ensuring that they reflect service
priorities and corporate objective
- Design, interpret and present survey, use statistical
analysis to interrogate data to serve strategically
planning to be able to write clear reports and present
options and recommendations to the MLC Strategy
Manager.
- Explain, Present, and communicate Strategic Plans for
MLC Units
- Communicate Operational KPI’s; reports
- Arrange, follow up and communicate for Management reviews scheduled or un-scheduled meetings; on a
yearly, quarterly, semiannual…etc.
- Update Operational KPI’s; reports and sub-reports.
- Update annual Balanced Scorecards for all Business

- Proficient in Time Management Techniques.
- Excellent computer skills especially in MSOffice Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
