Business Development Manager - Travel & Tourism
Develops and maintains short / long term business development strategies and plans for the Travel Division and ensures that an acceptable level of contributions is achieved to the overall company’s profitability growth and return on investment.
Monitors & tracks all new projects declared in the region for early engagement for strategic prospecting.
Identifies and assess market requirements in the region in order to develop and formulate relevant sales policies and guidelines and ensures that all Managers views are taken into account depending on their merit.
Manage the local and multinational proposal response and process.
Manage to the maximum possible profitability for the new client of new business won.
Ensures that the Travel Division is profitably developing existing product lines and services, recommends the elimination of unprofitable ones and / or introduction of new, compatible and potentially profitable.
Drive creation of Business Development opportunities, Partner with respective functional Heads where applicable, to ensure Kanoo’s market share is maintained and developed year on year.
Ensuring that collaterals and tools are distributed to the teams enabling strategic prospecting.
Oversee controls to ensure that partner satisfy Network GBT standards. Support execution of global initiatives with GBT.
Ensure business is conducted in compliance and ethics.

Qualifications:
The candidate must be Saudi National
Minimum 10 years of Business Development experience in Travels field in the Kingdom
Have sound knowledge of value proposition, including global products, tools and service offerings.
