الوصف الوظيفي 1. Pulping Operator a)Checks the running condition of Hydrapulper /Water Pumps/Pulp Pumps associated Motors b) Ensures that any leakages / abnormalities observed with equipments are reported to Supervisor for maintenance. c)Consults supervisor for Pulp Formulation mIx to be used for various products. d) Ensures and maintains level of water / pulp in respective storage chests and tanks e) Maintains record of raw material weight and chemical quantity added batchwise. f) Maintains process parameters like pulp concentration and quantity to be recycled. g)Stacks desired raw material near his production area . h) Fills out desired forms for withdrawing raw materials from Stores. i)Awareness regarding flexibility in plant operation and ease of switching from one line to another in minimum possible time. j) Maintains housekeeping and cleanliness at all times. k) Wears Safety Shoes, hand gloves ,safety glasses and Uniform when on duty. 2. Thermoform Machine Operator : (Qualification required: ITI/Diploma/ B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics field and minimum 4 years experience in related field). a)Responsible for output and quality on any one of three thermoform moulded machines. b)Operates the Machines with proper safety and precaution. c)Cleans and maintains Moulds and wire mesh with water / compressed air. d) Reports Supervisor of any abnormality e)Able to repair and replace wire mesh . f) Wears Safety Shoes,hand gloves ,Safety glasses and uniform when on duty. g) Maintains and lubricates all moving parts . h)Segregates accepted and rejected product. i) Keeps product for various tests like waterproofing with records of proper timings. k) Packs Carton Boxes and labels LOT Number with date. l) Maintains proper log book with proper entry of process parameters,downtime and maintenance work. m) Records details of output,accepted and rejected ,under testing etc. n) Follows production plan and maintenance plan in consultation with Supervisor. o) Able to follow and operate PLC p) Maintains process parameters as per norms and directives given on PLC. q) Ensures that supporting equipments and the relevant parameters are maintained viz : Compressor/Vacuum Pump/Cooling Tower water level etc. r) Follows Safety norms as instructed and trained. s) Undertakes troubleshooting with respect to quality and issues with machine. t) Understanding of production processes, watching and reading instrumentation gauges and dials and keeping up with production schedules. u)monitor process operations to determine if adjustments or corrections are needed. v)Move hands and arms to move and manoeuver material and equipment using manual or motorized devices. المهارات a) Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagra, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions. b) Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. • c) Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and texture of parts. • d) Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. • e) Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. • f) Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. • g) Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. • h) Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. • i) Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. • j) Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. • k) Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • l) Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. • m) Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • n)Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • 4.
