Objectives:
Our client is a food manufacturing company, is looking for a QHS Manager to coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set for company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities required to meet the quality standards set for company products and services. He shall ensure that this quality is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements.
Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards.
Establish company quality & health, safety and sanitation SOPs, standards and specifications and review customer requirements and make sure they are met. He should work closely with all departments to attend customer complaints on time.
Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers by approving vendor list and making regular audits and extended CAPA plans.
Coordinate with production units to implement the master sanitation schedule and assure adherence, effectiveness and safety of all sanitation activities.
Look into ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency. He should define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff and own internal audit calendar and CAPA plans to improve performance.
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, and monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.
Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
Coordinate with his team and other managers to maintain all operational activities in compliance with local and international guidelines, quality certificates and regulations.
المهارات
B.Sc. in Food Engineering or any other related degree.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality manager role is preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in FMCG industry
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain staffing levels at an appropriate level to minimize costs.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal, teambuilding and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
Fair budgeting, mathematical, analytical skills and knowledge in SAP systems.
Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent Command of English language in
