Learning & Development Officer ( Tamheer )
Responsibilities:
Support in conducting training needs analysis using surveys, consultations with managers, industry trends, and gap areas identified from assessments.
Assist in the design of functional and behavioral training programs to support the achievement of training requirements.
Support in content development including training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
Assist in the evaluation of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
Create and report various learning add development dashboards to necessary stakeholders.
Track adherence to training budget and highlight discrepancies to requisite stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for enrollment in training programs and track completion of mandatory onboarding training programs.
Support the identification and implementation of best practices in learning and development and help measure its effectiveness on a periodic basis.
Identify suitable external facilitators and consulting organizations for training content and delivery.
Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements in addition to the training invoices payments process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is required.
Applicable for Tamheer Program.
