ENERGY TRACKING SPECIALIST

الوصف الوظيفي
Identifying and implementing energy conservation measures such as improving insulation, installing new windows, or setting up timers to automatically turn off lights when offices are closed for the day
Calculating energy needs for homes or businesses based on square footage and other specifications
Recommending new energy sources or equipment to meet increasing demand for energy supplies
Conducting research on new technologies in the field of energy production or conservation

المهارات
Experienced Energy Tracking Specialist who shall work under the supervision of the Energy & Environmental Manager and shall demonstrate knowledge of the Contract. The Energy Tracking Specialist shall:

2.7.1 Have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management.

2.7.2 Have a Professional Accreditation under LEED

2.7.3 Preferably have a Professional designation of Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

2.7.4 Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in implementing energy and environmental programs. 

2.7.5 Have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

2.7.6 Have experience with monitoring and reporting on energy, water consumption and waste.

2.7.7 Have experience in managing and standardizing data captures, procedures and reporting.

2.7.8 Have demonstrated experience in the implementation of a new environmental management system.
