To evaluate pest problem and determine treatment programs.
Helps in the mixing and application of pesticides and equipment.
Helps in the loading materials and transporting them at the site.
Ensuring the storage of equipment and pesticides in accordance with state regulations.
To schedule cleaning and maintenance services of the vehicle.
Managing the routine schedule and Leading and working along team as leader.
Training the junior team member

المهارات
Experienced Pest Control Team Leader(s) who shall have the authority to act on matters pertaining to pest control services required under this Contract. The Pest Control team leaders shall be a working personnel with knowledge of this Contract, the IPM plan and schedule for each facility/building. The Pest Control Team Leader shall:

2.2.1 Have at least three (3) years experience in leading a group of Pest Control personnel.

2.2.2 Be able to communicate effectively and able to demonstrate operational skills, including execution of the IPM plan and schedules.

2.2.3 Be able to communicate in Arabic and/or English language with the SAUDI ARAMCO Representative and the language common to CONTRACTOR personnel.

2.2.4 Be able to read and write the English language and have an ability to deal with the patrons tactfully.

2.2.5 Have the ability to direct and control staff and provide training where necessary.

2.2.6 Be familiar with the application of materials and use of chemicals for pest control.

2.2.7 Be courteous to the customers and patrons and shall have interest in people when asked for guidance.

2.2.8 Demonstrate characteristics of self-motivation and a propensity for hard work.
