الوصف الوظيفي The Mechanical site engineer (MSE) in the company is the sole position for the Mechanical works executions, will oversee the day-day operations and ensure the works are executed as per the execution plan, budget, specifications, and approvals. It is the responsibility of the Mechanical site engineer to make sure that the deadline for completing Mechanical works is met under the supervision of the site manager, and as Mechanical site engineer you will at least share some of the responsibility if someone on your site has an accident. Responsibilities - Initiate and execute the Mechanical works activities at project as per the project execution plan/schedule. - Assigning tasks to Mechanical supervisor/technicians Ensure the executed works are as per the approved shop drawings/details, Specifications etc … and the materials used are the approved by consultant/client. - Overseeing Mechanical site work, Materials and Manpower demand. Preparing the MR/PR and Time sheets. - Responsible for the Mechanical tools withdrawn from store and used by team. - Direct supervision of specialties Mechanical subcontractors. Responsible for issuing site acceptance for the executed works by subcontractors. - Monitor the productivity rate for the executed rates to ensure the manpower utilization. - Prepare the daily/progress reports for Mechanical works at project/projects. - Provide technical advice during execution to eliminate conflicts if any. - Coordinate with other disciplines where required to maintain the smooth works execution. - Responsible for issuing inspection requests and ensuring the works are handed over and accepted by consultant. المهارات Qualifications and training required - Mechanical Engineering Graduates with an accredited degree in engineering. - 5+ Years of proven gulf experience as Mechanical site engineer in construction projects. - Shall have proven on hands experience in Mechanical works execution, direct contact with Mechanical supervisors and technicians.
