The role holder is responsible for oversee end-to-end core assessment process including Briefing, Coordination, Delivery, Analysis, Debrief, and Feedback. The role holder is also responsible for deliver assessments according to business needs, stakeholder objectives, BP requests, and candidate IDPs and provide progress reports accordingly. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stc stipulated business policies and procedures
Managerial Responsibilities - Participates in the development and implementation of the Assessment Delivery plans, in line with the corporate objectives. - Directs and manages the Assessment Delivery Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. - Interprets and implements change in Assessment Delivery Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. - Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Assessment Delivery Section. Core Responsibilities - Coordinates and oversee end-to-end core assessment process including Briefing, Coordination, Delivery, Analysis, Debrief, and Feedback - Coordinates with Support Services Department, and arrange all logistics and scheduling activities, including communications with relevant stakeholders and candidates while ensuring full readiness of venue - Ensures all candidates are informed about the purpose of their assessment, and have all the information they need on logistics and scheduling, e.g. timing and location - Delivers assessments according to business needs, stakeholder objectives, BP requests, and candidate IDPs and provide progress reports accordingly. - Manages, secures and updates candidate profiles regularly - Ensures delivery of assessment as per requirements and plans defined in vendor contracts. People Management Responsibilities - Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process. - Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Assessment Delivery Section, in line with the business and operational plans. - Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Assessment Delivery Section.
