Technical support (UPS)

Troubleshoot, repair, recondition, maintain and diagnose equipment on specifically generators, ATS, UPS (static and rotary), PDU & Switchgear – understand how these systems interact and work together.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
Maintain good client relations and support for corporate marketing objectives.
Repair, recondition, and maintain equipment and components.
Prepare service reports.
Plan and control cost of repair jobs.
Maintain company equipment – keep in good clean orderly condition.
Work safely at all times. Adhere to all applicable safety policies. Comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.

المهارات
Effective written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated technical skill competence. (ie battery testing, UPS preventative maintenance and switchgear.
Operate and understand diagnostic equipment including computerized instrumentation.
Professional conduct, and grooming, adhering to company policy.
Ability to work cooperatively.
Punctual, having acceptable attendance to meet all company standards and requirements.
Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies and use of all required safety equipment.
Communicate verbally and in writing appropriate information about advanced electrical components of backup power system including reserve power batteries, generator, ATS, UPS (static and rotary), PDU & Switchgear.
