• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Industrial Engineering or relevant.
• +5 Years’ Experience in the same field
• Certified in PMP.
• Experienced in institutional and functional performance management, capable of building KPI’s, aligning with employee’s level and integrating with operational procedures, and updating the status of indicators based on monitoring the operational status.
