Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
Design and implement a Training Needs Assessment ( “ TNA “ ) Program.
SMART goals – setting methodology.
Competency mapping, identifying the specific skills, abilities, knowledge, and behaviours that are required to operate effectively and efficiently.
Understanding and improving organizational culture in coordination with HR Manager and Executive Management.
Managing and preparing HR magazine.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Plan and assess the ‘return on investment’ of any training or development program.
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
Research and work with vendors and other departments to build employee engagement initiatives.
Design a retention plan strategy and measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources development or equivalent subject.
3 - 5 years of related experience.
Professional certificates CIPD / SHRM
Familiarity with different teaching methods and materials.
Bilingual (English and Arabic required).
Microsoft office knowledge and practice is required
Good command of communication skills
Teamwork player.
Ability and good Presentation skills.
