The role holder is responsible for Contributing to a thriving economy in the KSA and the region, through our own direct economic activities, and through our telecommunications and digital infrastructure, platforms and growing digital services. The role holder is also responsible for contributing as a highly successful enabler of rapid societal development through innovative digital platforms and services, including facilitating major advancements in energy saving smart solutions, e-health, E-Learning and e-government. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Defines and develops the strategies which underpin the stc “People” agenda objectives Conducts research, coming up with ideas, developing policies Creates detailed plans, building relationships with partner organizations, Implements and coordinates with range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive social impact on local communities. identifies relevant entities, organizations and initiatives and establishes mutually beneficial partnerships Develops and designs the company’s multi-year, multi-pronged effort to position stc as a leader in Sustainability. Develops and integrates standardized tools on sustainability into business processes globally (e.g., capital investment process, continuous improvement process). Ensures the enhancement of the current ESG score published by ESG INVEST by Sustainability Excellence on yearly basis. Continuously exceeds and elevates regional standards and best practices for transparency, integrity, trust and good governance. Contributes to a thriving economy in the KSA and the region, through our own direct economic activities, and through our telecommunications and digital infrastructure, platforms and growing digital services Contributes in customer protection, and safety and ease of use of services Be recognized regionally and globally as a highly successful enabler of rapid societal development through innovative digital platforms and services, including facilitating major advancements in energy saving smart solutions, e-health, e-learning and e-government.
