Job Description
• Identify, implement and continually develop the resource utilization, planning and optimization to improve profitability. • Authorize all hazardous cargos operations to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, be aware about and apply relevant emergency protocols and procedures. • Identify, organize, deliver and continually improve all preventative maintenance programs for all Divisional Assets. • Measure and reduce downtimes, breakdowns, technical condition and maintenance of equipment and facilities. • Administer, monitor and achieve cost base improvements for the Division. • Manage the team of Heavy Duty Drivers, and their performance outputs effectively and cost-efficiently. • Lead the team in the preparation and processing of all internal or external audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate shall have: • Hands-on experience of routing and managing a transport team • Ability to engage and motivate the team • Proficiency in using MS Office Applications • Must have KSA driving license • Fluent in Arabic and English languages Preferred qualifications: • Graduate or Equivalent • Technical Qualifications, Certifications: Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) or Equivalent preferable Keyword: , , , , , Trucking, , , This is how your profile photo will look like.
